After 15 years in event design and production, Edit was created to bring a more intentional, design-led approach to event rentals.

Drawing from a background in brand activations and large-scale production, Stephanie approaches each project through the lens of composition—editing furnishings to work together, rather than simply stand alone. The result is a collection that feels polished, approachable, and distinctly on brand.

The Rental Process

Clear. Collaborative. Thoughtfully executed.

From concept to install, our process is designed to feel as considered as the collection itself.

Every step of our process is informed by firsthand experience producing countless events, where design and execution are thoughtfully considered together.

  • Browse the collection and build a wishlist of pieces that align with your event vision.  Our inventory is intentionally edited to layer easily and scale seamlessly. 

  • Our team will work with you to refine your selections based on your event scope, setting and needs.  We’ll review design details, customization considerations and gather key event details such as location, timing and logistical requirements. A signed agreement and 50% deposit will secure the selections for your event date. 

    Any changes to event order details are easily accessible throughout the process.

  • Approximately ten days prior to your event, we’ll reconnect to confirm logistics, final quantities, and timing. At this stage, final payment is due and details are locked to ensure a smooth delivery and install.

  • Prior to your event, we’ll confirm the delivery members assigned to your order and provide an estimated delivery window. Once en route, you’ll receive real-time text updates with the truck’s location and an updated arrival time. Our crew arrives prepared and informed, ensuring setup is handled smoothly and according to plan.

  • Our team handles pickup retrieval efficiently and according to the agreed timeline and location details, allowing closeout to feel seamless and unobtrusive.

    Any post-event updates or follow-up are managed promptly, so the process concludes as smoothly as it began.
